In-house embroidery for fabric products
ShipMonk offers in-house embroidery at our Texas and Kentucky fulfillment centers. Customization happens where your inventory is stored and where your orders ship—no third-party handoffs, no timeline surprises.
Eligible items include apparel, hats, bags, and other fabric accessories. We scope the job, run the production, and ship finished products within SLA.
Specialized Storage
Garment on Hanger (GoH)
Some apparel needs to stay on a hanger. Not because it’s a preference, but because folding it into a tote bin means it arrives at the customer wrinkled, misshapen, or damaged. ShipMonk’s Garment on Hanger storage lets you designate which SKUs require upright hanger storage—which we enforce at the warehouse level.
Targeted items are stored on Z-rack locations built specifically for hanging inventory, not in standard bin locations. This availability is set at the product level, so it travels with the SKU regardless of how or when it moves through the facility.
